How Does Mindfulness Moment Work?

We will send a short text message once a week with reminders to take a break in your day, slow down and do something specific for yourself. You don’t have to be active in one of our programs to benefit from Mindfulness Moment, but you do need to have a Learn to Live account.

How long does Mindfulness Moment take?

It’s really up to you! We encourage you to spend 2-5 minutes on each message. See what kind of difference it makes for you!
